don't need to download or install anything, just go the the app page and get started.
CSS3 Keyframe Animator uses a Flash-like interface which many people are already familiar with, where you add keyframes to a timeline, then set the style properties of each keyframe to change the position, size,
color etc. of an object. Each object is actually a HTML <div> tag, and you can have multiple layers of objects in an animation. When your animation is complete, just cut and paste the CSS3 HTML into a web page.
Click here to jump to the app page, or look through some examples. Help and a few simple tutorials can be found on the help pages.
What CSS3 Keyframe Animator can do.
CSS3 Keyframe Animator can be used to make animated banners, marquees, adverts, photo galleries, progress bars and all the small animations that most web pages need.
With a little additional CSS, it can be used to make animated buttons, and with some external scripting it can be used for things like disjoint rollovers (see the example page for details).
When you have made an animation, you can save the project to your local system.
It can be used freely for commercial purposes with no licensing restrictions, even the sample images that the app generates can be used royalty-free. If you do find the CSS3 Keyframe Animator app useful, a link back to this web site is always appreciated.
What CSS3 Keyframe Animator cannot do.
CSS3 Keyframe Animator is not Flash! It does not have its own scripting language, so don't try to make games with it (although it is possible to do simple games in pure CSS3...),
and there is no property explorer. Images can't be loaded straight from a computer into the app, they need to be uploaded to a server first then linked as URLs.
Any up-to-date web browser, both to run the CSS3 Keyframe Animator app and to play the animations. Use it on Chrome 31, Firefox 25, Opera 18, Safari 5 (although it will probably run OK on many older versions as well), Internet Explorer 10, Silk, and other browsers.

About CSS3 Keyframe Animator
It was originally developed to be a simple alternative to using Flash, by a web developer who got tired of wrestling with Flash just to do small web page animations. Having used the
app for some time, I decided to put it out for general use in the hope that others may also find it useful. For any bug reports, feedback etc, I can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
